Taste the wild flavour of BIG BEAR Brewery IPA. Brewed in the heart of Wyoming.

BIG BEAR Brewery's packaging design was created by graphic designer Charlie Coakley and combines bold typography with bright colours to represent the strong flavours of the IPAs.

To bring the packaging to life, I created a 3D animation that focuses on the can designs and flavours set in the wide open outdoors. The animation cycles through all the flavours focusing not only on the exciting tastes of each IPA, but also the strong packaging design for brand awareness creating a fun and playful animation.

IPA bursting with flavour

Each scene of the animation aims to show off the strong flavours of each can using playful animations and fluid simulations for the ingredients, all leading up to an exciting splash scene that drops the cans into a river of beer. Because of the bold typography-based designs of the cans, the background is kept very clean so the viewer can focus on the cans rather than the background elements.
